Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism's cells in an effort to produce energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth.
I have lots of favorite food. I mean, literally, a lot. I love eating. That’s my favorite hobby :) I eat 9x a day :)))))
HAHA! =))))) So, here I’ll share my top 5 favorite foods.
Top 5- Fettuccine.
I love it when my mom will cook Fettuccine. It’s literally "little ribbons" in Italian, is a type of pasta popular in Roman Cuisine. It is a flat thick noodle made of egg and flour (usually one egg each 100g flour) wider than but similar to the tagliatelle typical of Bologna. Fettuccine are traditionally made fresh (either at home or commercially) but dried tagliatelle can also be bought in shops.
A popular fettuccine dish in North America is fettuccine alfredo. Spinach fettuccine are made from spinach, flour, and eggs.
Top 4- Fruit Salad.
Fruit salad recipe is a very simple and easy to prepare. All you need to do is to prepare the fruits of your own choice. Fruit salad is very popular in the Philippines especially during summer because of the very hot weather. I love my mom’s fruit salad. I am really picky in terms of eating fruit salad. I don’t want salads that are too sweet.

Top 3- My mom’s Chicken in Oyster Sauce
It’s literally chicken cooked in oyster sauce. I am not sure with the recipe. My mom told me that she’ll teach me this next month.
Top 2- Gelatin
Oh yeah, I love my mom’s homemade Gelatin. It’s really sweet and it’s taste awesome \m/
Top 1- Sinigang na Baka or Beef Sinigang.

I really love my mom’s homemade Sinigang. I really love the taste and it’s also balanced. There are vegetables and protein and also carbohydrates (rice).
